Angela Alexander came to the Coal Valley News in Madison WV from a distribution company in Dunbar WV. She initially was the Business Manager but was promoted to General Manager when her publisher Tim Kiger was promoted to another position within the Heartland family of newspapers.

She has a BachelorÍs Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and has worked at the Coal Valley News since December 2005.

Angie has 2 children and has been married to Shane for 15 years.
